Weather

A stationary front extends across Southern Oklahoma into Southern Arkansas this morning. Elevated MCS is occurring across Oklahoma at 7:17 A.M. this Friday morning. Some wind damage was reported across Northern Oklahoma this morning. The strongest winds were reported near Lahoma Oklahoma (73 mph) at 3:30 A.M. CDT. Inadequate warnings were issued for the Oklahoma City and Seminole, Oklahoma areas where no wind damage was reported. This MCS will continue into Arkansas as the morning and early afternoon hours progress. Heavy rains, gusty winds, and small hail are possible with this MCS. Severe t-storms could redevelop along a stationary front this afternoon. If this occurs a slim risk of tornado activity is possible.
